Participants included Mr. Christian Udechukwu, the Anambra State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry; Ms. Vivian Agobi, Chairman of Asia‑Africa Infrastructure and Industrial Venture Partners Limited (AAIIVP); Dr. Anene Emeka, CEO of AAIIVP; and Mr. Basil Manafa, CEO of SysVIEW Mega Projects Ltd. They held an on-site seminar on core topics such as smart city planning systems and infrastructure construction standards.

Through detailed consultations, the parties reached consensus on project financing structures, technical standards alignment, and operational management mechanisms, establishing a standardized process for future collaboration.

On February 14, 2025, Shanghai Jianhang Investment Co., Ltd. and AAIIVP formally signed two strategic cooperation MOUs. The MOUs establish a joint working mechanism to advance flagship projects, including modern poultry farm development and comprehensive cultural tourism resorts. By solidifying the cooperation framework in formal documentation, both parties ensure compliant execution throughout the full project lifecycle.
