Recently, our company's urban and rural construction land increase and decrease linkage project in Jingyuan County and Huining County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, has successfully passed the acceptance of the county and city government departments.

Linking the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land refers to the joint formation of a project area based on the overall land use plan, which includes the construction land plots to be reclaimed as arable land and the land plots to be used for urban and rural construction. By implementing measures such as construction, demolition, and land reclamation, while ensuring a balanced land area, we aim to increase the effective arable land area and provide construction land for the resettlement of relocated farmers. The total construction scale of the projects in Jingyuan and Huining counties is about 8000 acres, with a total investment of about 260 million yuan. Our company adopts the "EPC+service" approach for construction, which is one of the large-scale land consolidation projects in the local area in recent years.

The successful implementation of this project not only increased the area of arable land, but also provided strong financial support for the construction of local rural infrastructure and economic development through indicator trading, becoming a truly "people's project".
